  • To request deletion or disposal of personal data in case the reasons that require processing have been eliminated even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law on PDP and other relevant legal provisions and to request notification to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively in care of automated systems,
  • In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage.

You can apply to our company for the rights mentioned above by completing the Data Owner Application Form, in compliance with Article 11 and paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

Depending on the nature of your request, your request will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than within thirty days, free of charge; however, should the processing incur additional costs, you may be asked to pay a fee according to the tariff to be established by the Personal Data Protection Board.
